NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-001907-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is Plaintiff and JOSE F. ALAS A/K/A JOSE FREDY ALAS A/K/A JOSE F. CARABANTES; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 1ST day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTHEAST 30 FEET OF LOT 10 AND SOUTHWEST 30 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK 6, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 65-67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
