NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011 and entered in case 52-2010-CA-008149 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Kyle Hartman, Robin A. Hartman and State of Florida are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for case at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on the 12th of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
