Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated December 8, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 11-6395-CO-42, in the COUNTY COURT for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE OAKS OF NORTHWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and GARY C. SHEPARD, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Unit 161-B, THE OAKS OF NORTHWOOD, a Condominium, PHASE I, according to the map or plat thereof, as the same is recorded in Plat Book 47, page 21 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of January, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
