NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated DECEMBER 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-012276-CI DIV 07, of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBUARY 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-FM2 is a Plaintiff and JEFFERY G. JOKER, et al; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of FEBRUARY, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, ULMERTON BABY FARM SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
