NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated DECEMBER 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-11053-CI- 19, of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K./A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST NLC TRUST 2005-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2, is Plaintiff and DORIS A. LANTZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 10TH day of JANUARY, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
