NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit 5, Carnusti Building, THE LINKS, a Condominium, Phase I, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 5393, pages 1080 through 1150, inclusive, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 62, pages 116 through 122, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 76, Pages 1 through 3 and Condominium Plat Book, Pages 34 through 37, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com AT 10:00 a.m. on January 25, 2012.
