NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 30, 2011, and entered in 2009 CA 007452 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein DEUTCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and CARMEN I. ROWLAND; MICHELLE ROWLAND; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); CARMEN I ROWLAND are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on JANUARY 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
