YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a reforeclosure proceeding was filed by Aurora Loan Service, LLC's successor in interest, Linda A. Laubach, to reforeclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 6, LESS the East 25 feet thereof and all of Lot 7, Block 3, REVISED PLAT OF BAYVIEW PARK SECT. P, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 79 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property.

This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
