NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 10th day of January, 2012, at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit B of VENETIAN PLACE, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 144, Page 40, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15283 Page 2065, and any and all amendments attaching thereto, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements and facilities appurtenant thereto.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
