NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2011, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
Unit No. 27, Building 31, Wing “F”, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWENTY-SEVEN, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4073, Page 1457-1481, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Page 33, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
at public sale, on the 17th day of January, 2012 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
