NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2011, and entered in 09002906CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-4 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and ANGELA BAYETAKOS; GEORGE BAYETAKOS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); LANDMARK TOWERS AT SAND KEY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 508, LANDMARK TOWERS ONE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4219, PAGE 1612, AND AS AMENDED BY O.R. BOOK 5082, PAGE 191, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE 19 THROUGH 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
