NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered December 6, 2011, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 7, FLORIAN BUILDING, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Town Apartments No. 18, A Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 2838, Page 636, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 12 and 13, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of January, 2012.
