NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 98 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of East Lake Woodlands Cypress Estates Condominium Unit Two, and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 5012, pages 1951 through 2012, inclusive and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 41, Page 53 through 57, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 126 Cypress Court, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 13, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
