THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 101, BUILDING 1003, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SANDAL COVE CONDOMINIUM I, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4151, PAGES 746 THROUGH 844; AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4164, PAGES 540 THROUGH 542 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4183, PAGES 640 THROUGH 641 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28163 US Hwy 19 North, Suite 207, Clearwater FL 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Gulf Coast Business Review.
