NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 5th day of January, 2012, at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pasco County, Florida:
Lots seven (7) and eight (8), Less the North 82 feet thereof, Block 165 of City of New Port Richey, Florida, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 49, of the Public Records of Pasco, County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
