NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated November 29, 2011, entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000112-XXXX-ES-J1 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and ANDREA MEYER A/K/A ANDREA SELINE MEYER; RANDY GALAN A/K/A RANDY LEE GALAN; CARPENTERS RUN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M., on February 15, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 91, CARPENTER'S RUN PHASE IV-B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 87 THROUGH 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
