NOTICE IS GIVEN that under the Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure entered in this action on November 28, 2011, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com/ at 11:00 A.M. on January 3, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 32, Block AC, GROVES-PHASE II CLUB VILLAS, according to the plat thereof, as in recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 55, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 20811 Jaffa Lane, Land O' Lakes, Florida 34637 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
