NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment on Amended Complaint” (the “Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the properties situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and/or Pasco County, Florida, as described below, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on January 10, 2012, starting at 10:00 a.m.

First Real Property
The Easterly 5 feet of Lot 159 and the Westerly 55 feet of the Lot 158, EASTWOOD ACRES, UNIT 5 according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 138, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Second Real Property
Lot 548, BEACON SQUARE UNIT SIX, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 139, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Fourth Real Property
