NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-003762ws, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-W7 is Plaintiff and DOUGLAS C. MIDKIFF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS MIDKIFF NKA KARI MIDKIFF; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CHELSEA PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, CHELSEA PLACE, UNIT TWO-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28 PAGE 119-124 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
