NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 7, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-010187-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-FR1, Plaintiff and Lon Kuberski, an unmarried man are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on January 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 30 AND THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 29, PERDEW ISLAND, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
