Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No. 51-11-CC-3264-WS/JU, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
LOT 155, RIVER RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB PHASE 6 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 26 AND 27, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., on January 6, 2012. This sale shall be conducted online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
