NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-06980-WS (J3), of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2006, FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-B is Plaintiff and TREYMAYNE P. HICKS A/K/A TREMAYNE P. HICKS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 9TH day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 425, PALM TERRACE GARDENS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 544 PAGE 387, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
