NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-005748ES DIV J4, of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-01 is Plaintiff and EDNA T. RANO MAPUGAY; ORLANDO A. MAPUGAY; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; GRAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 18TH day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 7 OF GRAND OAKS PHASE 2, UNIT 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
