NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-005812 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and MARIA E. TORRES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA E. TORRES; THE PALMS OF CORTEZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A BREANNE ELDRIDGE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A QUINN OLSEN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of January , 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
