NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 28, 2011and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-007132 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and GLENN FIFIELD A/K/A GLENN L. FIFIELD; MARY FIFIELD A/K/A MARY K. FIFIELD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; BAYOU ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A WILLIAM FIFIELD are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of January , 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
