NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-000387 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFMBS 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and CHARLES M. JOHNSON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES M. JOHNSON N/K/A GALE JOHNSON; JOHANNIE E. STANLEY A/K/A JOANNIE E. STANLEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; CREEKSIDE OAKS AT MANATEE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A TARA GIBSON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of January , 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
