JABER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OMAR A. JABER N/K/A ANNA JABER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR WILSHIRE CREDIT CORP.; CREEKSIDE OAKS AT MANATEE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRIS ELMORE; TENANT #2 N/K/A APRIL HUTTON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/27/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
