NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 28, 2011and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-006640 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and KYONG BLISS A/K/A KYONG CHA BLISS; FLOYD REYNOLDS; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of January , 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 76, BLOCK 4, FIRST UNIT OF PALMETTO COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE FOLLOWING:
