NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated Novemebr 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-011923 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and GEORGE LEACH HARRIS IV; PAMELA HEAD HARRIS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A MAURICE MARQUEZ, TENANT #2 N/K/A CHRISTINA CORNEJO, TENANT #3 N/K/A TERESA VEJAR, and TENANT #4 N/K/A BENITO GARCIA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 30th day of December , 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
