NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated Novemer 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-011870 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and GEORGE HARRIS, IV A/K/A GEORGE L. HARRIS, IV A/K/A GEORGE LEACH HARRIS, IV; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE HARRIS, IV A/K/A GEORGE L. HARRIS, IV A/K/A GEORGE LEACH HARRIS, IV N/K/A PATRICIA HARRIS; PAMELA HEAD HARRIS A/K/A PAMELA HARRIS; TENANT #1 N/K/A JEAN YACINTHE, TENANT #2 N/K/A ENGELORE YACINTHE, TENANT #3 N/K/A MICHAEL PHELPS, and TENANT #4 N/K/A HEATHER WHITE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
