MROZINSKI; MARY ANNE LINO A/K/A MARY ANNE MROZINSKI; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A DANIEL PEREZ, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ILISAPETI LINO are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
