That certain Condominium Unit designated as Unit 712, of SEA CASTLE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof filed February 23, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book 828, Pages 1610 through 1683, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, as described in plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 44-55.
has been filed against you, and you are required to file written defenses with the Clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication on Robert L. Tankel, the attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 1022 Main Street, Suite D, Dunedin, Florida, 34698, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. on or before January 17, 2012
