NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-006717 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Robert Sessa are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on January 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 839, COLONIAL HILLS, UNIT ELEVEN, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 91 AND 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
