NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-008203-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein EverHome Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Rick C. Applegate a/k/a Rick Applegate are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on January 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 559, OF THE PROPOSED PLAT OF PALM TERRACE GARDENS, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 628, PAGE 756, TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHTS OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER STREETS AS DEDICATED BY DOCUMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 618, PAGE 212, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
