NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-001104WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and RACHEL J. STAROSTIN F/K/A RACHEL J. CALHOUN, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 3rd day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 468, HOLIDAY GARDENS ESTATES UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 1 THROUGH 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
