NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 22nd, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-012167 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Leo Santacroce, a Single man as Trustee of the Leo Santacroce Revocable Trust Dated September 6, 2002, Jane Doe n/k/a Ana Fox, John Doe n/k/a Thomas Laymon, 5601 Gulf of Mexico Drive Apts., A Condominium, Inc. a/k/a Sea Oats Condominium Association, Wachovia Bank, National Association, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
APARTMENT 4, 5601 GULF OF MEXICO DRIVE APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 738, PAGE 732, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGE 31, AND AMEDNMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
