NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 30, 2011and entered in Case NO. 51-2009-CA-000957-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR3, is the Plaintiff and LESLEY S. SHIELDS; WILLIAM C. LOMENIELD; RENEE LOMENICK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; COLONY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF PASCO COUNTY, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on January 09, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
