Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of MANATEE County, Florida, the Clerk sell the property situated in MANATEE County, Florida described as:
LOT 18, BLOCK 2, OF TRADEWINDS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 902 28th Street East, Bradenton, Florida 34208, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on JANUARY 6, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
