NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated December 2, 2011, and entered in 51-2008-CA-008372WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and JAMIE CROWE A/K/A JAMIE M. CROWE; BANK OF AMERICA; N.A.; DONN CROWE A/K/A DONN P. CROWE; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
