NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2011, and entered in Case No.: 51-2011-CA-001055-WS/J2 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JANOS KOVACS and EVA KOVACS are Defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclosure.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1185 REGENCY PARK UNIT SIX as per plat recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 22 and 23 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
