NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 28th day of November, 2011, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the
Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, wherein C. Richard Swenson and Delisa Swenson are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 4th day of January, 2012, the interest in real and personal property situated in Manatee County and described as:

BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 5, BLOCK A, BROBERG PLAT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 134, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE S 05°50' E, ALONG THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF 14TH STREET EAST, 77.42 FEET; THENCE N 84°04'30” E, 87.30 FEET; THENCE N 06°38'43” W, 60.80 FEET; THENCE N 85°01'57” W, 88 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
