Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 22, 2011, entered in the above-styled action, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK A, MANATEE HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on January 20, 2012, at 11:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
