NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 15th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 008523, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARK R WELLS AKA MARK WELLS; SUNTRUST BANK; JEANIE M WELLS AKA JEANIE WELLS AKA JEANIE M REMSNYDER AKA JEANIE M BOGGS AKA JEANIE M WELLA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 27th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Two parcels of land lying in the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida, being more particularly described as: Begin at a concrete monument marking the Southwest corner of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 11, thence South 00 degrees 02'40 East along the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, 234.85 feet for a point of Beginning; thence continue South 00 degrees 02'40” East, 244.80 feet, thence North 89 degrees 57'20” East perpendicular to said West line 783.70 feet, thence North 00 degrees 02'40” West, parallel to said West line, 244.80 feet; thence South 89 degrees 57'20” West perpendicular to said West line, 783.70 feet to the Point of Beginning, as described in O.R. Book 793, Page 497; together with and subject to easements as described in O.R. Book 793, Page 496; Less the North 33.11 feet as described in O.R. Book 1009, Page 1568, also, from a concrete monument at the Southwest corner of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 being also the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 11, run South 00 degrees 02'40” East, along the West line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, a distance of 479.65 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 89 degrees 57”20” East, 783.70 feet; thence South 00 degrees 02'40” East, 66.22 feet; thence South 89 degrees 57'20” West, 783.70 feet; thence North 00 degrees 02'40” West, 66.22 feet to the Point of Beginning as described in O.R. Book 1009, Page 1567, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
