Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 30, 2011, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 155-C, OF SHADYBROOK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION TWELVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 153, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 982, PAGE 774, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
