NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 30, 2011 in Civil Case No. 41 2010 CA 004512, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY (BB&T) is the Plaintiff, and, GARY R. FRANCKE A/K/A/ GARY FRANCKE; MICHELE FRANCKE; MILL CREEK VII ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R. B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on December 30, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7185, OF MILL CREEK PHASE VII-B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 159 THROUGH 183 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
