NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 30, 2011 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-004319, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and, MARION MCNAUGHTON; WAYNE MCNAUGHTON; THE TERRA CEIA CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R. B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on January 5, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A-405, THE ESTUARIES II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1517, PAGES 6849 THROUGH 6920, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 18 THROUGH 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
