NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 007683, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is Plaintiff and SHERI LYN LESTER; DONALD WALTER LESTER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 28TH day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK A, BAYSHORE GARDENS SECTION NO. 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 4 & 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
