NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated november 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-013248 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC. CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-HYB 10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2005-HYB 10 is the Plaintiff and DANIEL J. BARTO A/K/A DANIEL BARTO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR WILSHIRE CREDIT CORP.; MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A PACO BAUMGARTNER, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
