NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009CA012106, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-6 is Plaintiff and RAYMOND M. MERRILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND M. MERRILL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #A; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #B; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 4, WILLIS ADDITION TO PALMETTO, FLORIDA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 202-A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
