NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 30, 2011, in Case No. 2010-CA-007688 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, is Plaintiff, and David M. Breese, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on line via www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 6th day of January, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5-3, PHASE 4, OF SABAL BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2011, PAGE 7150, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2033, PAGE 1795, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2043, PAGE 1710, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
